JBR provides a unique community lifestyle with a wide range of facilities and amenities for the comfort of residents and owners. As the property manager of this community, Taziz ensures the upkeep of the community from critical equipment, common areas, pools, security and all other residents’ needs.
In order to provide uninterrupted living at JBR, owners are required to contribute to the service charge fund for their unit. These charges are used to regularly maintain different aspects of the community from critical equipment to common area cleaning, maintenance of pools, play areas and so forth.
Taziz has set up convenient channels for Owners to complete payments toward their service charges.
- Bank transfer/Direct Bank Deposits:
Bank transfers and Direct bank deposits can be made to the Community bank accounts with Emirates NBD Bank. For prompt identification of funds and immediate accounting, kindly send us the bank remittance swift copy in case of bank transfers or copy of cheque deposit slip in case of direct cheque deposits along with property/unit details to our fax no +971 4 4357 272 or email us email@example.com
Bank details for Taziz Property Management vary from tower to tower. Please refer to the invoice that was sent to you to find bank details pertaining to your tower.
- Credit Card Payments
Credit card payments can be made via our e-gateway https://jbr.taziz.ae/community. Use your username and password to log in. Click on your profile and see the Billing section to see your due amount and complete an online payment transaction.
- Direct Cash Deposits
Direct cash deposits can be made at any of the Emirates NBD Cash deposit machines or with Emirates NBD Bank Tellers. Kindly send us the direct cash deposit slip to our fax no +971-4-4357272 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Cheque Payment
Cheque payments can be made by visiting our Taziz office located at JBR Rimal 5 Plaza level

- When making your payment by cheques please remember:
- To cross your cheque and make it payable to the Bank Account name mentioned in your invoices
- To write your Property details on the reverse of the cheque/s.
- If you choose to courier the cheques, please allow sufficient time for it to reach us.
